Commercial Cleaning - Tier 1
Tier 1: Basic Cleaning - $125 Per Clean
General Areas (Lobby, Offices, Hallways, Breakrooms, etc.):
$125
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Wipe down counters, desks, and accessible surfaces (Desks must be cleared
- Wipe down phones and keyboards
- Spot clean glass surfaces and interior windows as needed.
- Vacuum all carpeted areas and rugs
- Sweep and mop hard floors
- Straighten common area items (magazines, chairs, etc.)
Restrooms - Not Included extra $50 if you want bathrooms done

- Empty trash and replace liner
- Refill toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Clean and sanitize sinks, toilets, urinals, and countertops
- Wipe mirrors
- Spot clean toilet exteriors
- Sweep & mop floors
Commercial Cleaning - Tier 2
Tier 2: Moderate Cleaning: $170 Per Clean *Includes everything in Tier one, plus the following items
General Areas (Lobby, Offices, Hallways, Breakrooms, etc.):
Included
- Full dusting of light fixtures (reachable without ladder)
- Wipe and disinfect high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, railings, etc.)
- Clean and disinfect desk surfaces (desks must be cleared)
- Spot clean walls as needed
- Vacuum under chairs and desks (if accessible)
- Disinfect break-room tables and appliance exteriors (microwave, fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher)
- Take out Trash & replace liner
Restrooms
Included
- Deep clean and disinfect toilets/urinals (interior & exterior)
- Sanitize bathroom stall doors and door handles
- Scrub and disinfect sinks & countertops
- Sweep & mop floors
- Take out trash & replace liner
Commercial Cleaning - Tier 3
Tier 3: Advanced Cleaning: $220 Per Clean *Includes everything in Tier two, plus the following items
General Areas (Lobby, Offices, Hallways, Breakrooms, etc.):
Included
- Dust and clean blinds, and behind furniture (if moveable)
- Clean & disinfect high-touch surfaces (door knobs, light switches, railings)
- Clean interior glass windows (full wipe down)
- Detail vacuuming, edging along walls and corners
- Deep mop of hard floors (if applicable)
- Sanitize office chairs (arms, back)
- Dust the legs of the desk
- Clean exterior of all appliances
- Dust light fixtures (reachable without a ladder)
- Vacuum, sweep, mop all floors
- Take out trash and replace liner
Restrooms
Included
- Deep scrub sinks, toilets, urinals
- Disinfect stall doors, locks, and handles thoroughly
- Spot check walls and clean if necessary

Move In/Out & Rental Cleaning
Tier 1: Basic Move-Out Cleaning: Average Price: $175–$225 per clean

- Sweep/vacuum all floors
- Mop all hard floors
- Wipe down countertops and visible surfaces
- Clean sinks & faucets (kitchen and bathrooms)
- Light appliance wipe-down (exterior only)
- Spot-clean smudges on walls, doors, and light switches
- Clean mirrors
- Basic bathroom cleaning (toilet, tub/shower, sink, and fixtures)
- Basic kitchen cleaning (counters, backsplash, exterior of appliances)
Move In/Out & Rental Cleaning
Tier 2: Moderate Move-Out Cleaning: Average Price: $250–$325 per clean
What's included
$250–$325
- Everything in Basic, PLUS:
- Interior cleaning of refrigerator & freezer (must be emptied)
- Interior cleaning of oven & stovetop (light to moderate buildup)
- Interior microwave cleaning
- Baseboard cleaning (light to moderate dust/dirt)
- Cabinet & drawer wipe-out (interior & exterior, cabinets must be empty)
- Detailed bathroom scrubbing (soap scum, water spots)
- Ceiling fan dusting
- Window sill & track cleaning
- Light fixture dusting/cleaning
Move In/Out & Rental Cleaning
Tier 3- Deep Move-Out Cleaning: Average Price: $350 – $500 per clean
What's Included
$350–$500
- Everything in Moderate, PLUS:
- Heavy-duty oven cleaning (including racks,)
- Heavy-duty refrigerator & freezer cleaning (deep stains, odors, fridge and freezer must be emptied)
- Wall washing for marks, stains, and scuffs as needed
- baseboard scrubbing
- Vent cover cleaning (dust/debris removal)
- Blind cleaning (dusting each slat)
- Inside windows cleaned (glass, tracks, and frames)
- Grout scrubbing in bathrooms & kitchen
- Hard water stain removal (bathrooms/kitchen)
